WIX Filters Releases More Than 360 New Parts In First Quarter in North America

More than 84 percent of new products serve expanding hydraulic industry

WIX® Filters has introduced more than 360 new parts in the first quarter of 2012, with more than 84 percent of the new part numbers serving the hydraulic industry.

This total includes 24 heavy duty, 33 light duty and 304 hydraulic filter applications.

“WIX Filters product development is constantly expanding,” said Donald Chilton, North American product development manager at WIX Filters. “Our industrial filtration product line is vital for hydraulic, process, compressor, off-line and moisture control applications and our growth in hydraulic applications is due to our customer demand. Our hydraulic line now offers more than 8,750 hydraulic filters.”

WIX has also introduced a variety of new domestic and foreign nameplate applications and is on track to release more than 1,000 new parts by the end of 2012.
